What we collect

When you submit a quotation request, VizTech India collects your name, organisation, email address, phone number if provided, delivery country, selected products and message. We record the time of your request and privacy consent.

Why we use it

We use your information to understand and respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and maintain related business records. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored in the website’s private database. If email notifications are configured, enquiry details are sent to the designated VizTech India inbox through its email provider. No RFQ details are sent to the image generation provider.

Cookies and local storage

Admin sign-in uses a necessary session cookie. When enabled, public pages load Ahrefs Web Analytics to measure website usage. Admin, setup, API and quotation-form pages are excluded. We do not pass enquiry-form fields to the analytics script. Ahrefs describes its service as cookie-free; see Ahrefs Web Analytics information for its data practices.

Retention and your requests

Enquiry records are retained to handle the business conversation and related records. Contact +91 7982627079 to request access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where required for an ongoing transaction or applicable obligations.

Feedback and update requests

If you submit feedback, we collect your name, company if supplied, email, rating and message. Public display requires your separate permission and moderation. Your email is not included in public reviews. Product-update requests record the email, consent time and request status; this website does not automatically send marketing campaigns. Contact us to withdraw permission or request deletion.
